Our software can be installed in minutes, and once the remote repair session has ended the software
will un-install itself leaving your computer secure and once again completely in your control.

Once you have purchased your remote session, (we suggest a 15 minute session) you are ready to download the software.

The charge is made up of:
a £5 connection fee and a 75 pence per minute charge.
Our recommended fifteen minute session would cost you £16.25 inclusive of VAT.
Once you have made your payment you may download the software,
when you are ready to begin your remote session simply call us and we will get started.
